Terms & Conditions
1. Deposit bonus can only be claimed by a verified customer.
2. Deposit bonus is available exclusively for Standard account type only.
3. The bonus cannot be added to internal transfer deposits and deposits from contests/promotions, etc. unless stated otherwise.
4. The Deposit Bonus is not cashable and is fully tradable. This means that the bonus can be used fully to trade and hold positions.
5. The Bonus is for trading purposes only and cannot be withdrawn under any circumstances. Only profits into the account may be withdrawn.
6. The Company has the right to amend, alter or terminate this Deposit Bonus promotion at its sole discretion, and at any time without notice.
7. The leverage of the underlying account will prevail.
8. The Company reserves the right to refuse offerings of Deposit Bonus at its sole discretion without the need to justify.
9. If the Company suspects that a Client has abused or attempted to abuse the promotion, or otherwise acted with a lack of good faith towards us, then the Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny, withhold or withdraw from that Client the Deposit Bonus and if necessary to cancel any terms and conditions concerning the Client, either temporarily or permanently or terminate that Client’s access to the service and/or block that Client’s Account.
10. Any dispute or situation not covered by these terms will be resolved by the Company’s Management fairly.
11. Deposit Bonus cannot be transferred between, or from Eligible Clients’ trading accounts within the Company.
12. The minimum first-time deposit amount required to receive this Deposit Bonus is $100. The bonus percentage is applied according to the first-deposit tier table published on this page. Only one 100% First deposit bonus will be added to the trading account.
13. This Deposit Bonus should be claimed after depositing in your trading account from the client portal. For Example: If a client’s first deposit is USD 500 into an approved live account and the bonus is requested, a 100% Deposit Bonus of USD 500 will be credited to the account, effectively magnifying the Client’s equity, subject to the maximum amount of the applicable tier. The Deposit Bonus can only be applied to the account for which the bonus has been approved and bonus amounts received and cannot be transferred between a client’s trading accounts.
14. Once the Deposit Bonus is added to the trading account, the use of EA (Expert Advisors) and any form of Automated Trading is prohibited. Any such use will be considered illegal and abusive to this Deposit Bonus program.
15. A client can cancel the deposit bonus at any time. Once the deposit bonus is canceled, it can’t be reinstated.
16. The Company will not be liable for any stop outs or any consequences that result out of Bonus Cancellation and/or Removal.
17. Client can request a minimum USD 100 withdrawal from the profit. There is no restriction on the maximum withdrawal of profit.
18. However, a Withdrawal Fee of $30 is charged for the withdrawal. For Example, if the client makes a profit of USD 150 and requests the withdrawal of the profit, $30 will be deducted as a withdrawal fee and the company will send him a withdrawal of USD 120.
19. Once the client withdrawal is processed, the deposit bonus will be taken out from the trading account. This means only one withdrawal is allowed following the Deposit Bonus being added to the trading account.
20. The Company will not be held liable for any losses that may be incurred because of the removal of the Deposit Bonus due to a withdrawal.
21. To process the profit withdrawal, the client must complete 5 standard lots of trading. Note that Indices (spot and futures) and Shares have micro and mini lots respectively.
22. Only those trades are counted towards profit that remained open for at least 3 minutes. Any trade that is closed within 3 minutes of opening will not be counted towards profit and lots calculation.
23. The Deposit Bonus promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion automatically in any given account. In case the client wishes to combine more than one promotion in one account, the client may request in writing full details of the combination they desire. The final decision on this matter rests with the Company, and we may in our sole discretion permit or decline such a request.
24. If the Company suspects or has reason to believe that a Client has abused the Terms and Conditions of this Deposit Bonus program by hedging his positions internally (using other trading accounts held with the Company) or externally (using other trading accounts held with other brokers), or using any other combination that offers the client a risk-less trading opportunity, then the Company reserves the right, at its absolute discretion and without obtaining the Client’s consent, to remove the Bonus from the Client’s trading account(s) or his profitable hedged accounts with immediate effect. All profits made from such trading activity shall also be removed from the client account along with the bonus funds. Any losses made in the account(s) shall be deducted from the client’s funds on deposit.
25. If the company has reason to believe that a user violates the terms of the promotion and/or abusing/misuses the terms of the bonus, the company shall inform the user in writing of the said violation and may exercise remedies including but not limited to:
26. Cancellation of the Deposit Bonus and any profits made in the account while the bonus funds were in the account, with immediate effect.
1. Removal of the Deposit Bonus, profits made using these bonus funds, and a closure of the account, followed by a return of the user’s funds to the account from which the user’s funds on deposit were originally received.
2. The Company’s decision in matters related to misuse/violation of the Deposit Bonus terms and conditions is final and binding. All promotions offered by us are at the sole discretion of the company and no binding obligation is placed upon the company to negotiate any part/benefit/disadvantage of a promotion with users of the promotion including but not limited to its start/end dates, amounts, terms and conditions, availability to individual users/accounts or any other sub-component/condition.
27. The maximum term of the bonus is 12 months. At the end of the 12 months, the bonus shall stand canceled and be removed from the client’s account. Continued use of a Deposit Bonus beyond the 12 months is at the sole discretion of the Company and the Company’s decision is final.
28. The Company reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to unilaterally modify or terminate this Deposit Bonus Promotion or any of the Terms and Conditions included herein, at any time, without obtaining the Client’s consent. The company accepts no liability whatsoever for any losses/loss of profits resulting from such a change.

Referral Program FAQ.
Before you can start referring friends, you must first have a verified Angelsky real trading account and have traded 3 standard lots.
Once you have met the above criteria, you can log in to your Members Area and navigate to the Refer a Friend section. From there, you can find a unique referral URL which you can use to start inviting your friends by email or by sharing your referral URL on social networks.
For each successful referral (i.e., ‘Referee’) you will earn a withdraw-able cash reward based on that friend’s first deposit. A successful referral (i.e., a Referee) is a person who has used your referral URL to open, verify and fund his/her real trading account and traded 3 standard lots in Forex or Metals using his/her own deposited funds. The amount you will earn per referral varies as follows:
- 20% if the friend’s first deposit is $100 – $500, up to $100
- 15% if the friend’s first deposit is $500 – $1,000, up to $150
- 10% if the friend’s first deposit is $1,000 – $2,000, up to $200
- Maximum referral bonus across the program is $450
The Angelsky Refer a Friend program is open to all new and existing clients.
To qualify for the program as a Referrer, you must first have a validated Angelsky real account and have traded 3 standard lots in Forex or Metals. Clients who qualify can log in to their Members Area and navigate to the Refer a Friend dashboard to start inviting their friends.
The Angelsky Refer a Friend program was created to reward loyal clients for spreading the word about us. There is no limit to the number of friends you can invite. Rewards are paid according to each friend’s first-deposit tier, and the total referral bonus is capped at $450.

To withdraw your rewards, navigate to the Withdraw section in your Members Area. From there, you can see your total balance, select how much you want to withdraw from your trading account.
